The Challenge:
WINGS, a powerhouse in the philanthropy space, is seeking a full-time consultant (40 hours/week) for a 12-month contract (with potential for extension) to join their mission. The selected candidate will be at the forefront of driving policy and advocacy initiatives, ensuring that philanthropy makes a real difference in the world.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Policy and Advocacy, the Policy and Advocacy Coordinator will be a key player in implementing WINGS' global policy agenda. This role is a unique blend of research, strategy, and stakeholder engagement:
- Research and Analysis: Monitor global policy trends, conduct research, and provide insights to inform advocacy strategies.
- Strategic Coordination: Help align advocacy efforts across the network, ensuring a unified voice for maximum impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with policymakers, government agencies, and international organizations to advance WINGS' mission.
- Communication and Representation: Translate complex policy concepts into accessible language, represent WINGS at external events, and support capacity-building initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Government, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.

- Proven track record in policy analysis and translating research into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international setting.
